HOW TO REGISTER FOR TREE SPONSORSHIP


Thank you for your support this holiday season in the City of Coatesville’s Pavilion of Trees presented by Elite Therapy Solutions. We are excited to work with you and look forward to building this event together in the years to come! Below, we’ve provided resources for you to access with details and information regarding your sponsorship and participation. Tree sponsorship opportunities close on November 19, 2023.

To Register, please fill out the Google Form by clicking HERE.  Tree sponsorships can be paid for by Venmo @PavilionofTrees. Please make sure to note the name of your organization in the payment notes section. If payment by check is prefered, please contact [email protected] to make payment arrangements. Sponsorships must be paid for by November 30, 2023 or your tree sponsorship will be forfeited. Only 40 tree sponsorships are available and we anticipate them to sell out again this year.

TREE SPONSOR GUIDELINES & TIMELINES


Rules

You are responsible to provide all decorations for your tree. Any lights on the trees may be solar, battery powered, or electric (electricity will be provided). The City of Coatesville is not responsible for any damage to or items stolen from decorated trees. You are free to express your creativity and originality, but we ask that your tree represent your business, organization, or family.

Decorating Procedures and Guidelines

For weather-related and environmental reasons, the following items are not allowed in tree decorating:

  • Berries, popcorn, dried fruit, etc.
  • Candles, aerosol snow or other flammable items
  • Flocking or tinsel
  • Paper, cardboard or any other material that may be damaged due to weather conditions (unless laminated to withstand possible weather conditions)

Decorating Timeline

Trees must be decorated by the end of the day on Thursday, December 7th. Voting begins on Friday, December 8th and will run until 5:30 PM on Saturday, December 9th.

Voting

A panel of judges will select the top two tree displays, and a “People’s Choice” vote will determine third place.

Voting can take place onsite at the Pavilion of Trees via the QR codes located at each tree during the voting period. Voting is limited to 1 vote per email address. Sponsors are encouraged to utilize social media, company websites, etc to promote their tree and ask their networks for votes! Use the hashtags #PavilionOfTrees and #ChristmasInCoatesville when promoting your tree!

The top three tree displays will be awarded cash prizes ($1500 for first place and $1000 for second and $500 for third place), which will be donated on the sponsors’ behalf to the local charity or non-profit of the sponsors’ choice. Remaining proceeds will be donated to Coatesville Parks and Recreation.

Tree Pick-Up and Removal Timeline

Sponsoring businesses and organizations can opt to donate their tree to a local family in need. Tree Sponsors are responsible for coordinating pick-up. All trees and any remaining ornaments will be disposed of at the end of the holiday season.
