2023 Pavilion of Trees Event Sponsorship Opportunities
We are looking for local business, organizations and individuals to help sponsor this year’s event and help make it a success. As a Pavilion of Trees Official Sponsor, you will be able to display a banner featuring your business during the event. In addition, you will be featured on the Pavilion of Trees website and social media pages, and receive a Pavilion of Trees Official Sponsor yard sign.
$1500 1st Place Tree Decorating Prize Sponsor (money will be donated to the charity | non-profit of the winner’s choice)
$1000 2nd Place Tree Decorating Prize Sponsor (money will be donated to the charity | non-profit of the winner’s choice)
$500 3rd Place Tree Decorating Prize Sponsor (money will be donated to the charity | non-profit of the winner’s choice) – Sponsorship secured by SteelVille Branded Hype, LLC
$500 Pavilion of Trees Santa Tent Sponsor Put your company banner on display as the sponsor of Santa’s House. Tent provided. – Sponsorship secured by The Andrea Fonash Group of RE/MAX Action Associates
(2) Pavilion of Trees Kids Activity Station Sponsor You will provide and create a space for elementary school age children to participate in holiday themed crafts. Two activity stations are available.
Pavilion of Trees Photography & Videography Sponsor You will provide photography and videography services for the Pavilion of Trees | Tree Lighting Ceremony event. Photos and videos will be shared on social media and posted to the ChristmasInCoatesville.com website to promote the City of Coatesville and the Pavilion of Trees. – Sponsorship secured by Valley Creek Productions
Pavilion of Trees Hot Chocolate & Cookie Tent Sponsor Provide and serve hot chocolate and cookies during the event. Tent will be provided. – Coatesville Area High School LEO Club
